Rawai VIP Villas

A complex of 40 private villas is located in the south of Phuket, just 300 meters from the famous Rawai promenade and a few kilometres from one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket, Naiharn. All villas are one-storey, made in a single modern Thai style. The complex has villas with 2,3,4, 6 bedrooms ranging from 150 to 450 m2 with a private swimming pool 2.5x5 m. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining area and a spacious living room, bedrooms and private bathrooms. Bedrooms are isolated from each other, with separate access to the pool. Bedrooms have king-size beds, bathrooms, wardrobe, TV. Baby cots are available upon request.

40 villas are located in a gated community. All villas feature pools, full kitchens, isolated bedrooms and lounges. On the territory there is a children's park with play areas for any weather, a restaurant, a spa and a rejuvenation clinic, bicycle rental, a tour desk.

The resort is located 300 meters from the Rawai promenade - an ideal place for a promenade, a 7-minute drive to Nai Harn Beach - included in the top 10 beaches in Asia according to TripAdvisor, Yanui Beach and Phuket's most famous viewpoint - Promtemp Cape. Rawai is not a very comfortable beach for swimming because of the frequent low tide. But along the beach there is a picturesque promenade with fish restaurants, and in its eastern part there is a sea gypsy market, famous in Phuket, where fresh and live seafood is sold. The nearest bathing beach - Nai Harn is a 10-minute drive from the villa. The beach is popular with families with children and expats, so you will not find a large crowd of tourists here. It is comfortable to spend your vacation here, because Nearby there are many restaurants like European, and national Thai cuisine. There are also offices with transport rental and excursion services.

There is an international school within a few minutes drive from the complex. Also, within a radius of 5-10 kilometres there are Russian and Thai kindergartens, international and Russian schools.

In the Rawai district and in the neighbouring Naiharn district, there are gyms, specialized rings for Thai boxing and workout grounds. In 7-10 minutes drive there is a hyper market Makro, a supermarket with European products Villa Market, a fish market.
