Lake Residences is the third phase of the large-scale Gardens of Eden development in the Layan–Bang Tao area of Phuket. Created by Amal Development with architecture and landscape design by Tierra Design and Wonder by White Jacket, the project is built around a strong nature-focused and wellness-driven philosophy. Lake Residences is set along a scenic lake within the masterplan and offers a calm, park-like environment with extensive greenery, water features, and low building density. This phase consists of nine residential buildings with a total of 698 units, all positioned around the lake with a 150-metre pool and approximately 5,000 square metres of water surface, including areas with colorful fish. The development features underground parking with elevator access, keeping the internal spaces peaceful and free from traffic.

Gardens of Eden places a strong emphasis on lifestyle and wellbeing. Around 70% of the entire land area is dedicated to open green spaces, landscaped gardens, and recreational zones. Residents will have access to a wide range of facilities, including a large wellness center of about 5,000 square metres, multiple jogging and walking trails totaling 3.5 kilometres, kids’ play areas and clubs, two clubhouses, an open-air cinema, a pet park, several on-site restaurants, a business center, and a small supermarket. The broader development also incorporates an 80-room hotel, adding to the overall convenience and service level. Materials, design elements, and landscaping throughout the project follow a biophilic, eco-minded approach with a focus on natural materials and an abundance of greenery.

Lake Residences offers units on a long-term leasehold basis with a 90-year structure, while freehold ownership is available by request for an additional cost. Furniture packages are provided separately. Completion for this phase is targeted for the third quarter of 2028. Since it is an off-plan development, buyers should consider typical construction and delivery risks, along with the leasehold structure and long investment horizon. Despite this, the project stands out for its large scale, wellness concept, extensive facilities, and rare amount of natural open space, making it appealing for both long-term living and high-end resort-style use.
