Phuket Town Weekend Night Market is Re-opening!

Life in Phuket is gradually returning to its usual course - the authorities are canceling quarantine measures one after another. Over the past month, not a single new case of coronavirus has been recorded on the island.

Yesterday we received some great news for lovers of shopping and evening strolls - from July 5, the weekend night market in Phuket Town will resume its operation.

We are talking about that very market that works on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on Thalang Road right in the heart of the old city.

Walking through this evening market, you will plunge into the real atmosphere of a Thai holiday. Here you will find a myriad of souvenir stalls, shops with colorful Thai clothes, musical instruments, and products made out of leather and cotton. Definitely try all the gastronomic delights of Thai street food - roti pancakes, fried grasshoppers, rolled ice cream, fruit smoothies, and little delicious barbeque skewers made out of everything you can think of.

The atmosphere of a celebration always prevails here - lullaby of the street musicians, a cacophony of noises, all accompanied by the lively and festive mood!
