The Title V condominium will be located at the southernmost point of Phuket Island. 20 meters from the popular Rawai promenade and in the very centre of the developed tourist infrastructure of the southern part of the island. The first phase was commissioned in 2016, it consists of 7 buildings with elevators of 4 floors, the second phase is absolutely identical in architecture, it differs only in the year of construction, it is newer - it was commissioned in 2018. A recognizable feature of the project is the landscape design, families with children fell in love with this place for the green area and large swimming pools with a children's area, as well as for the opportunity for children to play completely safely on the territory of the complex and be absolutely calm for their safety, because the territory is guarded 24 hours a day. Young couples choose it for its privacy and the opportunity to spend romantic evenings in small restaurants on the seashore, which are located across the street from the complex. Elderly couples appreciate the incredibly comfortable conditions and the level of service, as well as the opportunity to get literally in a matter of minutes to the neighbouring Naiharn beach to swim and sunbathe on the white sand. Young guys and girls for the opportunity to make morning and evening jogging along the wide embankment in the shade of trees and for yoga classes right on the seashore, and in the evening for the opportunity to relax in one of the spa salons, which are located right next to the complex. And of course, everyone who loves to have fun fell in love with this place because there are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance of the fish market, famous throughout Phuket.
On the territory of the project there will be a large and well-groomed green area with communal pools with a special children's area, as well as a sauna, reception and 24-hour security and parking.
Studio apartments, 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments with balcony or garden access, which have bedrooms, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need: dishes, refrigerator, kettle and microwave and balcony.
What's nearby

One of the best beaches - Naiharn is located 4 kilometres from the project. The beach is popular with families with children and expats, so you will not find a large crowd of tourists here. A stone's throw from the beach, there is a freshwater lake and an observation deck with windmills. Naiharn Beach is popular with families with children, as well as with winterers and long-livers of the island. It is comfortable to spend your holiday here, because Nearby there are many restaurants like European. So is the national Thai cuisine. There are also offices with transport rental and excursion services. For a long stay on Naiharn, it is comfortable to live for families with children - there are international and Thai kindergartens, international and Russian schools nearby. The way from Naiharn to the popular children's play complex "Rawai Park" will take 5 minutes by car or bike.
Naiharn is also often chosen for yoga tours or sports camping. At Naiharn and in the neighbouring Rawai district, there are gyms, specialized rings for Thai boxing and workout grounds. Within a 7-10 minute drive there is a Macro hypermarket, a supermarket with European products Villa Market, a fish market.

Buying in Phuket as a Foreign National
A focused legal, tax, visa and lifestyle briefing tailored to this property and its location. Information is general guidance — InDreams Phuket recommends consulting a Thai-licensed lawyer before signing any reservation agreement.
Property Ownership Rules
Foreign ownership in Thailand depends on the asset class. Condominium units may be purchased freehold (within the 49% foreign quota). Villas and houses are typically structured via long-term registered leasehold (30+30+30) or a Thai limited company. Our legal partners will recommend the optimal structure for this property.
Investment Returns
Net rental yields in Phuket\'s prime west-coast areas typically range from 5% to 8%, depending on location, building age, management quality and seasonal occupancy. Capital appreciation in the same areas has historically averaged 5–7% per annum.
Tax & Fees for Foreign Buyers
Total combined closing costs for a foreign buyer typically fall in the 3–5% range of the purchase price, depending on the deal structure and how transfer fees are split. InDreams Phuket can request a written closing-cost estimate from our partner law firm before you commit.
Visa Pathways for Property Owners
The flagship visa for foreign investors and high-income professionals. Four eligibility tracks: Wealthy Global Citizen (USD 1M+ in assets & USD 80K income), Wealthy Pensioner (age 50+, USD 80K pension/year), Work-from-Thailand Professional, and Highly Skilled Professional. Tax incentives include a flat 17% rate for HSP and no taxation on foreign-source income brought in.
The fastest and most popular route for property buyers who do not qualify for LTR. No income, age, or investment requirements beyond the one-time membership fee. Includes airport fast-track, dedicated concierge, and 90-day reporting handled by the program.
Available to foreigners who invest at least 10,000,000 THB in qualifying assets, including condominium units registered as freehold to the applicant. Renewable indefinitely while the investment is maintained. Suitable for buyers acquiring premium units in this price range.
Long-established option for buyers aged 50 and above. Requires either 800,000 THB on a Thai bank deposit or a monthly income of 65,000 THB. O-X variant grants a 5-year stay for nationals of selected countries.
Lifestyle for Expats in Rawai
Rawai sits at the southern tip of Phuket and has the longest established foreign resident community on the island. People started settling here in the 1990s for two reasons: cheap land back then, and a coastline that faces calm water on the east side rather than the surf of the west coast. The result is a town that feels lived in rather than touristic. The main road runs parallel to the seafront and is full of long-stay infrastructure: international clinics, dental practices, scuba schools, yoga studios, two large supermarkets, dozens of small Thai restaurants and a steady rotation of European-run cafes and bakeries. The demographic skews older than Bang Tao, with a heavy Scandinavian, German, French and Russian presence, plus a growing number of families who chose Rawai specifically for the lower density and direct access to the southern beaches. Day to day, Nai Harn beach is five minutes west, Promthep Cape ten, and Chalong Pier ten minutes north for boats to the islands. The trade-off is that Rawai is roughly 40 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Patong, so it works best for people whose life is rooted on the south end of the island. Schools require a car ride into Phuket Town. Healthcare is well covered by Mission Hospital and Bangkok Hospital Phuket. Rawai is the practical choice for long-stay residents who value community over beachfront glamour.
