Booking terms

THE BOOKING

These Terms and Conditions and the Booking Form, to be signed for each booking (the Booking Form), contain all the provisions of The Guest booking with the Agency.

They apply equally to the Guest, the Group Leader, as to all guests staying in the property and visitors the Guest invites to the Property, including staff, friends, and service providers (hereinafter as Occupants).

The person on whom the reservation is made (the leader of the group) must be part of the Occupants during the stay of the group in the leased facility and must be over 18 years old

Your booking concerns a lodging in a furnished Property with services to be delivered by the Agency and such other third party supplier(s) as may be requested.

All bookings are governed by a standard check-in time to the property on the day of arrival at 2 pm and a check-out at 11 am on the day of departure. Early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated where possible only if there is no back-to-back booking in the property on that day and must be agreed in writing prior to arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, if the Occupants do not comply with the checkout time, the Agency reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and charge an amount to it equal to one day of extra rental pro-rata.

DEPOSITS AND CONFIRMATION

Your receipt of the provisional Booking Form constitutes our provisional offer to book the Property. If the Agency does not receive a relevant payment within three working days of receipt of the booking documents, our provisional offer will expire and it may cancel your provisional booking. In this instance, we may offer the Property to a new party.

The Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking until such time that the above conditions are met.

Receipt by the Agency of the deposit payment confirms the booking and you hereby agree to these legally binding Booking documents.

When the signed Booking Form and payment has been received, we will send a receipt of the booking payment.
