The Greens is located at Rawai, Phuket. It is a villa development project developed by Iceberg (Thailand) Co., Ltd., consisting of 19 villas. It is a made-to-order project with 12 months of construction periods. Besides, the project has carefully selected modern and quality brand materials and is easy to use. There is also an automatic door system for the car parking and automatic car park retractable awnings, swimming pool, kitchen with hood and oven, providing the safety and beautiful view to the residents. Ownerships

There are 2 types of ownership: Leasehold and Freehold. Foreigners can register as a leasehold for a period of 30 years as permitted by Thai law; meanwhile, Thais can buy a freehold right both on land and building.

- The first year of guaranteed rental return starts 90 days from the registration.
