Suay Restaurant is the flagship project by Chef Noy (Tammasak Chootong), featured in the Michelin Guide and renowned as a benchmark for modern Thai fusion on Phuket. The menu skillfully weaves traditional Asian flavors with classic European techniques. Signature dishes include juicy lamb chops with lemongrass and papaya salsa, crab cakes served with Sriracha aioli, rich seafood Tom Yum, and tender braised beef short ribs.
