Renting as a Foreign National

There are no large nightclubs and only a few restaurants directly on the sand, with the Beach House at Anantara as the main beachfront option. For daily errands most Layan residents drive south to Cherngtalay and Boat Avenue, which puts groceries, clinics, cafes and the Friday night market within four kilometres. Healthcare follows the same pattern as Bang Tao, with Bangkok Hospital Phuket the main private facility in town.
