Renting as a Foreign National
Renting is open to foreigners without the quota and structuring rules that govern purchases. Any valid visa — tourist, Thailand Privilege, LTR, Non-Immigrant B or O — allows you to sign a residential lease in your own name.

The mix is genuinely international: Scandinavians, Russians, Australians, French and a growing Chinese contingent, with a heavy share of remote workers and families on Education or LTR visas.
