Renting as a Foreign National
Renting is open to foreigners without the quota and structuring rules that govern purchases. Any valid visa — tourist, Thailand Privilege, LTR, Non-Immigrant B or O — allows you to sign a residential lease in your own name.

Day to day, Nai Harn beach is five minutes west, Promthep Cape ten, and Chalong Pier ten minutes north for boats to the islands.
