The Laguna Park project has 2 types of properties on its territory: townhouses with 2 or 3 bedrooms and large villas with 4 or 5 bedrooms. In total, there are about 200 private houses in the Art Nouveau style on the territory of the complex, all of them are three-storey, made in the same modern style and grey colours.
