The space

Casa Koko Villa is an impressive 388 sq.m of living area and a 487 sq m of land area with a 2-storey villa structure. It is part of the highly sort after "The Nest by The Wallaya" complex, a gated community of 10 luxury villas located in the famous Pasak 8 area of the popular Bang Tao.

Casa Koko Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms all with king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The large private pool with a tranquil waterfall is 8x5 meters and 1.5 meters deep. Casa Koko Villa invokes a sense of peace, relaxation, and harmony with nature that makes it excellent for a residential and holiday homes.

There are two living rooms with a comfortable designer sofa, flat-screen TV, a bar counter with refrigerator, and an open-plan kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas overlooking the idyllic swimming pool.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils.

A state of the art mesh Wi-Fi system and Netflix are available during your stay, with six 55-inch Samsung LED Smart TVs situated throughout the villa. There is also a washing machine in the villa's private pantry area which is adjacent to the private two-car garage at the front of the villa.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor with en-suite bathrooms (one of which has a luxurious bathtub). One of the bedrooms comes equipped with a baby cot to ensure families are catered for during their stay. The ground floor master bedroom includes a luxury en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the room opens up onto the pool and tropical garden, allowing you to sit back and relax on the sun loungers or outdoor table.

There is a wooden deck next to the living room which boosts an outdoor dining table and chairs which has BBQ equipment, where you can host family or friends.

HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY & WATER

Room rates are include electricity usage at 50 unit meter per day. Over usage we will charge at THB6 per unit meter. So please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not using them.

LOCATION

The Property is not walking distance to the main road or shops. Private transport is HIGHLY recommended. We can help you arrange car/bike hire.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT

Guests should assume that check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is prior to 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed. Check in and checkout times are usually flexible but this is not guaranteed, so please ask in advance.

POOL TOWELS

Pool towels are available by the villa.

Parking garage for 2 cars.

CLEANING

Please note that room rates do not include a daily cleaning fee. Housekeeping will clean the villa before your arrival and after you check out. We provide one cleaning during your stay for weekly bookings.

FACILITIES

A communal state of the art gym is available on the complex and its conveniently located on the ground level of the on-site Café which offers fresh juices, pastries and freshly cooked food. A neighboring yoga studio, Italian restaurant, massage parlor and soon to open tennis club is all within walking distance of the villa.

COMPLIMENTARY

The villa offers all guests complimentary access to the famous “Catch Beach Club” where you can utilize the beach and pool facilities free of charge.

In order for Guest to feel welcome and comfortable, we also provide some extra services below:

- Car rental can be arranged.

- Transfer pick-up from the airport can be arranged. Please inform us in advance with details of your arrival flight, domestic or international. The transfer fare is THB 600/way for the car with 2-3 seats and THB 700 for the car with 4–9 seats.

- Thai Chef for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service can be arranged with a cost. 

- We have contact with travel tours, restaurants, beach clubs, golf, private charters, and spas. Let us guide you around Phuket.

- In-house massage, pedicure, and manicure can be arranged with a cost.
