It's a bubbling cauldron of quirky food, cheap clothing, handicrafts, and Thai freaks. It is noisy, hot and crowded, but incredibly interesting. And on weekdays, smaller markets open in all tourist places of the island. And of course your picture of Thailand will be incomplete without attending the evening show.
