Bedroom 3 (the green room) has a queen-size bed, small desk and feature designer chair, ideal for teenagers requiring their own space. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a generous family bathroom with large walk-in shower and double wash hand basins and vanity unit.

Bedroom 4 (the yellow room) has a comfortable queen-size bed, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room.

This floor also houses a very spacious living/dining room containing a large Lloyd-Wright inspired dining table providing seating for 10. The living area has a large leather L shaped sofa, flat screen LCD TV, cable and home theatre. You will also find a selection of DVD's, CD's and board games for all the family.
