The Residence Bangtao is a complex of villas that was built in Bangtao in 2005 and is still a favourite place for expats and guests of Phuket. The complex consists of one-bedroom villas, each with an open roof terrace. The Residence Bangtao has 3 types of properties: two-room townhouses, two-room and three-room villas. There are 25 spacious villas in the project.

How to book a property

Should the property be available for online booking feature, simply fill-out the booking form and submit the booking deposit. Immediately upon execution of the payment, you will receive the Booking Confirmation, and a receipt for the paid sum.

Otherwise, please fill-out the "Submit a Request" form. Within 24 hours we will ensure that the property is available and will send you the Booking Form and an invoice for Reservation Deposit.

Upon receiving the Deposit, we will be issuing the receipt. The leftover payments are to be paid according to the agreement mentioned in the Booking Form.

Upon Arrival you will be greeted by the driver in the airport, and our representative will be meeting you at the reserved property, and will remain in touch with you throughout the whole period of your stay.
